Gooseberry was established on June 7, 2019 and is a family-friendly, all-inclusive, non-exclusive estate where everyone is welcome. Public areas are PG but your parcel is your sanctuary. They respect you, your lifestyle, and your privacy, and strive to create a haven designed in collaboration with their tenants. There is a house rezzer on each parcel so you can rez your own home and change anytime, and every parcel is a water parcel. The house and landscaping are free to you as is everything else on the estate. They offer many options and amenities.
