Let's Talk! is a friendly, peer-led community supporting mental health, addiction recovery, and overall well-being. The destination offers quiet spaces for reflection, scenic gardens and waterfalls, and social areas including a café, performance venue, games, and more. Peer-led meetings focus on health promotion, mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and fun social activities. Everyone is welcome, and all services are free!

Death Cafe at WBH Life and Memory Garden

At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea, and discuss death. Their objective is 'to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives. A Death Cafe is a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives, or themes. It is a discussion group, not a grief support or counseling session. Facilitated by Cattie Rosca, there are events every 2nd and 4th Wednesday at 2pm SLT at the Death Cafe in Whole Brain Health's Life and Memory Garden.
